1. About us

Mitram Thai Spa (“we”, “us”, “our”, also referred to as Mitram Spa, Dombivli) operates a massage and wellness spa at Swarajya Business Park, 102-104, Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Circle, Azde Gaon, Trimurti Nagar, Dombivli East, Kalyan, Maharashtra 421203. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website mitramspadombivli.in and the services we provide at our premises.

2. Nature of our services

We provide professional massage and spa therapies intended purely for relaxation, stress relief and general wellness. This includes traditional Thai massage, aroma oil massage, deep tissue massage, Balinese massage, Swedish massage, foot reflexology, head, neck & shoulder massage and couple spa sessions.

Our services are strictly non-medical and non-therapeutic in the clinical sense, and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. We do not offer, and will never offer, any service of an immoral or unlawful nature. Any request of that kind will be refused and the guest will be asked to leave immediately.

3. Eligibility — 18 years and above

Our services are available only to guests aged 18 years or older. We may ask for a valid government-issued photo identification before a session, and we reserve the right to refuse service if identification cannot be produced.

4. Bookings and appointments

• Bookings can be made by phone or WhatsApp on 090825 09465, or you may walk in subject to availability.
• Appointment times are indicative. We will always try to start on time, but sessions may be delayed during busy hours.
• If you arrive late, your session may be shortened so that the next guest is not delayed, while the full price for the booked session will still apply.
• A booking is confirmed only when we acknowledge it by phone or WhatsApp.

5. Pricing, offers and payment

• Current prices for each therapy and duration are available at our reception and on request by phone or WhatsApp. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Applicable taxes are charged as required under Indian law.
• Payment is due in full at the spa at the end of your session, through the payment methods we accept at that time.
• Flat 20% OFF offer: this is a standing promotional discount on our massage and spa therapies at our Dombivli branch. The offer must be mentioned at the time of booking or before the session begins, applies to the therapy charge only, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be combined with any other discount, package or promotional offer unless we say so in writing. We may modify or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice; any such change will not affect a session already confirmed.

6. Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds

• Please inform us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. A call or WhatsApp message on 090825 09465 is enough.
• Repeated no-shows may result in us asking for advance confirmation for future bookings.
• Once a session has been delivered, the charge for it is non-refundable. Where a session cannot be delivered due to a fault on our side, we will offer to reschedule it or provide a credit for an equivalent session at our discretion.
• Any prepaid amount or package, where offered, is governed by the terms communicated to you at the time of purchase.

7. Health disclosure

You must inform your therapist, before the session begins, of any medical condition, injury, allergy, skin condition, recent surgery, pregnancy, or medication that could be affected by massage. We may decline or modify a therapy where we believe it is not safe or appropriate. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you give us.

8. Code of conduct

• Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards our therapists and staff at all times.
• Any inappropriate behaviour, suggestion, language, physical advance or request of an indecent nature will result in the session being terminated immediately, the full amount remaining payable, and the guest being permanently refused service. Serious incidents will be reported to the police.
• Guests under the influence of alcohol or any intoxicating substance will not be served.
• Smoking is not permitted on our premises.
• Please keep mobile phones on silent out of consideration for other guests.
• Photography or video recording inside the treatment rooms is not permitted.

9. Personal belongings

Please keep your valuables with you. While we take reasonable care of our premises, we do not accept responsibility for the loss of or damage to money, jewellery, phones or other personal belongings brought to the spa.

10. Limitation of liability

Our services are availed by you voluntarily and at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mitram Thai Spa, its owners, employees and therapists shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of our services or this website. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability in respect of any session shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that session. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Website content

All text, photographs, graphics, logos and other material on this website are owned by or licensed to Mitram Thai Spa and may not be copied, reproduced or republished without our written permission. Photographs are of our premises and are shown for illustration; room layout and decor may vary between cabins.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on this page is the version in force, and the “Last updated” date above shows when it was last revised. Continued use of our website or services after a change means you accept the revised terms.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Kalyan, District Thane, Maharashtra.
